I recently got Ivy team to do my roof maintenance and repair. I got my scope of work and cost outlined, agreed to executed to our complete satisfaction.
They have systems in place right from quote acceptance to updates as to who and when will be onsite to commence the work along with the pictures of the work done. The customer care is commendable. I would also like to note that one of the team members came over to check the work done and picked up an issue in the works done and got it reworked which I wouldn’t have picked up. So thank you Gavin. So if anyone out there is looking for a company to look after you and your roof I have no hesitation in recommending the Ivy team. We were recommended Ivy to replace our outdoor awnings after last year’s hail damage. We found them to be very professional and they completed the job quickly and very tidy. We were so happy with the service we got them to check our parents roof and appreciated the detailed report. Can definitely recommend this company.
We used Ivy a few months ago as part of our insurance claim for the water damage. They did have a couple of goes at fixing leaks without success. Michael Robson was efficient, responsive and continued to assess the problems we had. He did a thorough assessment and review of the scope of works and explained in detail what was to be done to rectify problem. Which it was we are very happy with their work.
